A lot better since Anima
I’ve been at this practice for almost a year now. I am so far very impressed with the efficiency of getting an appointment. I have used anima a few times and have always had a call back/ an action plan on the same day to address my concerns. I have felt I am taken very seriously here and would highly recommend them.
This place has a disgusting attitude towards patient care I have now been refused medication I have been on for almost 40 years for 3 months strait now. It's a god damn inhaler. The staff her would rather I go to hospital every month rather than give a prescription that I have had my entire life
I've been with this practice for 31 years and have never had an issue with them. Dr Rugeley was my GP, the best, and it's sad he's no longer there but the other GPs, nurses and support staff are all doing a great job. Yes, the place is incredibly busy but they do their best to get you seen one way or another. It would help if people bothered to turn up for their booked appointments.
