They have been my dentist for years and I always find them very professional but also very nice people. Always greeted with a smile and my dentist makes the experience less stressful. Highly recommend.

Cancelled appointment without informing me. Wasted time and fuel (it's a 40 minute drive for me). It was cancelled because dentist was on holiday - surely they could have messaged or called when they knew this. Kind lady at reception said apparently there was a fault with the messages they sent out, but when they knew this they should have contacted everyone with appointments with that dentist...
Needed to see a dentist urgently, got an appointment same day, antibiotics prescribed, very happy with the service of all involved, thank you.
