Great customer service and price, very careful, professional and experienced. A J and his assistant answered all my questions and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend That Tree Guy Tree Company and will not hesitate to use their services again.
Had to fire these guys because they are unprofessional and, honestly, super shady. We hired them to remove 17 trees. The agreement was due upon completion. We are from another state and had to get a place over an hour away while getting the house ready to live in. Whatever. We were slated to meet them after they finished Saturday. We missed the bank before they closed and let them know we would pay them Monday. They decided to stop for the day and pick up Monday. They were doing a tree across the street from me in March and I walked out to talk to the person and told him I'd like to have some branches cut down and he gave me a price and said he would be back that following week to do it. When he didn't show up I called 5 times left several messages for him not to return my calls. On top of that he promised my neighbor he'd be back to fix their yard where the truck drove thru and tore it up. He still hasn't been back and won't answer their calls either.
