They're not lying - the people who wrote that she did Not practice Good Sanitation. She Dropped the glove on the floor🙁 Picked it up, & Still used it on me! ☹️😯 I went to her once. Service was alright. I was not impressed. Her attitude also was kind of cold, no smiling or anything. I didn't feel like a warm-welcome environment.
This review is not about the waxing company but yes her mat company where I couldn’t find any where! I made a purchase and never received my item I complained several times and instead she blocked me.

I’ve been going to Louise since 2021. She’s very informative about skin and I love the fact that she uses natural products. I love it here
