I really didn't want to make this review, however, something is telling me I need to. I do appreciate ms Sandra but I'm just not happy and haven't been since l left her salon a few months ago. I asked for high lights, she bleached my hair and told me to come back the next week to do it again. The last time I went back she added more. I literally had the chunkiest highlights l've ever seen nothing like that I asked for. I wish she would have told me what I was wanting wasn't doable. Sandra always takes her time, and goes the extra mile to use treatments to make you hair feel amazing after color!!
