Craig answered us very promptly and came out to diagnose our A/C issue with the RV. He showed us what the problem was, and gave us our options. We decided to go with a new A/C. Craig did the research and provided an upfront quote. He ordered what we wanted and text the tracking information; then showed up and installed our new unit the next day after it arrived. Kept us well informed the entire time and even explained some things we didn’t know about our RV. It was a pleasure to meet and work with him.
