This was a great massage! Terrence spent a lot of time on the areas of my lower body that were causing me tension. And he suggested a stretch I could do to help with my tight hamstrings. I would recommend him to any weightlifter or bodybuilder.

The experience lives up to the name, Good Pain! The therapist was able to find and remove hidden knots and pains. My session was 60 minutes and it felt like 120 because the therapist was intentional on focusing on my needs! I highly recommend anyone who desires deep tissue massage and stretching to take advantage of this great opportunity!
I typically don't leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave one after my brief interaction with Terrence. I booked a massage for myself and my husband for Valentines Day (Saturday).
