Where do I begin? l found a beautiful dining table and opened a line of credit to purchase. My salesperson was Reagen. I offered three weekdays of any week that I am home for delivery of the table. They could not accommodate delivery on any of those days. Three weeks went by and I was called about delivery, since they could not accommodate I said I did not want to purchase the table, mind you the table never left the store. We had an adjustable bed that had a power cord malfunction after a move - now we'd bought this bed YEARS ago at THAT Furniture Store. I reached out for help trying to locate a new power cord and Dianne jumped on it right away. Worked with us to help us try to get it back to a flat position so we could sleep, and was able to secure a new power cord for us in a very timely matter! Great communication and follow up. We'll be shopping there again soon!
We just bought our living room furniture there. I can’t say enough about Regan she helped us find our style!! There was no pressure just great advice. Such a refreshing shopping experience!!
