Ordered the premium designers choice flowers for a birthday. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. However, the next day, all the lillys flopped over and by the next day they were brown and dead. This has never even happened with grocery store flowers at about 1/3 the price. Stunning flowers but don't expect them to last more than a day
Ordered and paid for flowers on Valentine's Day. They never arrived and after 3 weeks of reaching out and receiving no return phone call (or reimbursement) still nothing.
Ordered birthday flowers for a friend 10 days before scheduled delivery date, spending $120. The wrong flowers were delivered at 9:30 pm the day of birthday, with the delivery person ringing doorbell and leaving flowers on doorstep. Mind you someone else also got the wrong flowers also, so this happened to more than one person on this particular day.
