Absolutely love this flower shop!!! all the staff is well educated and the ones learning are not afraid to ask questions and give you what you want! The smell as soon as you walk in, down to the friendly treatment from all of the staff makes every experience here amazing! I had a small budget and they were the only store willing to accommodate! Never had customer service experience so good like I did here. Also So many unique finds aswell. Will never go anywhere else for my flowers anymore!

I had such a great experience! As soon as I walked into this beautiful shop, I was welcomed with a smile and felt right at home. I was looking for a very specific centerpiece for a special dinner and I left with one of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen! I will definitely be back!
I can not believe that this wonderful, well staffed store could possibly have any bad reviews!! What are some of these kook's on about? Buying stuff from the dollar store and temu ? Who cares? I always receive a quality, reasonably priced, and beautiful arrangements!!! The design's are unparalleled in Chilliwack. The product is first rate and the presentation is obviously paramount. If your planning on applying here don’t waste your time and effort. Worked here for 4 months and was never trained for anything and had to figure it all out on my own. When I did do things I would be yelled at and told to put it back. Tons of plants aren’t properly taken care of and are moldy yet still being sold. The photo on the left is a $150 bonsai tree that is dying yet is still on the shelves. I asked if I could try to nurse it back to life and was yelled at and humiliated in-front of everyone.
