I ordered a violet and pink arrangement 1.5 months before mothers day to ensure I could choose the specific arrangement rather than have to get "designers choice". I even called to confirm this would be ok. Instead my mom received a totally different arrangement of white, red and orange. I sent a message through their website asking what happened and received no response. 2 stars because it's still ok I guess, but not my mom's favourite colours and obviously not what I paid for.

I called the “THAT FLOWER SHOP” from Kamloops, BC looking for 3 Bird of Paradise flowers for an arrangement for my Dad’s Celebration of Life! They just happened to have 3 in the store as usually you have to order them 1-2 weeks ahead! Luckily, my sister was driving from Bellingham to Kamloops the next day and so they got them all ready for her to pick up on her way through Chilliwack! Ordered the premium designers choice flowers for a birthday. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. However, the next day, all the lillys flopped over and by the next day they were brown and dead. This has never even happened with grocery store flowers at about 1/3 the price. Stunning flowers but don't expect them to last more than a day

Bought flowers, they were beautiful but died so quickly. I realized that flowers were not fresh from the beginning. It’s sad because we paid close to 80$ for flowers which died so fast. And i take care about flowers very well. So not going to buy again there.

My husband decided to go out of his way and support local. Got me a beautiful bouquet for me as a family member close to me passed. Unfortunately within 4 days of having them the flowers were dead and wilted…he spent $70 on this beautiful arrangement I thought it would last longer than grocery store flowers. Super disappointing.
