I give the installers a 5 for being honest. First they didn't start and complete as promised. Told the Owner what we wanted I explained to him I had a small dog and gaps were not an option he said thats not a problem. The installers said he should of not promised that there is no way that can be done. At the end of it we had to buy a 8 foot peice of outdoor timber to lay across our fence. These people suck! From asking for all of the money up front to horrible, horrible absolute horrible customer service, craftsmanship and lousy communication. They missed every one of their own self imposed deadlines, put the gate on backwards (and that may have been my fault, but when you’re the expert and you’re the one doing the job, it is your responsibility to explain to the customer why something isn’t going to work the way the customer wants it done) then they won’t even come back and install at the correct way, so I w... read more
Put down a deposit for a fence, the very next day we decided to back out and requested a refund. Over a month and a half later I still haven’t received a dime of our money back. The company is giving us the run around on why they don’t have it. Just avoid this company and their shady business practices.
I rarely leave reviews unless I'm extremely satisfied with the work of a company or local business. Today I'd like to introduce you to a local Texarkana business named That Fence Company. We have a VERY large backyard and unfortunately it was time to replace the fence in its entirety (not a small undertaking).
