Beware of Caroll Preble! he is impersonating a skilled mechanic but he is a real life thief and liar. I had water and oil mixing on my 19 HP Kubota, he told me he fixed it. The day I picked it up from his garage it would barley start and hardly run. Once at home I noticed oil in the radiator again, I called Carol and told him I wanted my money back in the amount of $420.00 and he informed me to call my lawyer!
