Bad experience! The sales associate rude and short. They were talking with each other. We left and went shopping else where in Louisville.

BUYER BEWARE believe this shop needs to post their return policy or make it known BEFORE purchasing. I bought a fascinator and paid 138.00. I later (the next day) was returning because the colors were wrong for outfit. I did get an even exchange but price on what I selected was $30. Clerk said that price tag was incorrect. Louisville retailers have better return policies and pricing. I wasn't looking for a designer just a pop of color. Not going back.
Such an Amazing owner!!! So very personable and such a great sense of fashion on what is right for you.
