Gary stretched the wrinkles in my basement carpet on October 16, 2025. He added new tact strip around the entire parameter and was able to flatten the carpet around 3 posts. He knows what he's doing and uses the right tools for the job, not just a knee kicker like poor performance installers use. He's very professional, great personality and a genuinely kind person. Very thorough, very kind, and knowledgeable in his trade! Responded and worked with me on a Sunday to schedule some carpet stretching at a home my wife and I just purchased. She was there painting while he worked and she said sooooo many good things about him! Said he was friendly, talkative, and listened to great music! Gary is a genius with carpet! He was able to stretch and return the carpet in our new home to like new condition. He rescheduled our original appointment due to temperature (the area needs to be at 72 degrees to not damage the carpet) as we were waiting for gas to be reconnected. Once the house was warm, Gary got everything done. Thank you for helping to make our new house a home!
Ended up calling Gary for a carpet repair. Went to the place he recommended and picked out the carpet. Didn’t know how much I needed so contacted him and he told me. I was going to pick it up myself but Gary said he could do it. Couple days went by and forgot about paying for it. Gary called me the day before the install to let me know it wasn’t paid.
