The lady does not do short haircuts and was confused by the principle of an undercut. Sent me upstairs to the barber who usually doesn't do women and it shows. Had to stop him from giving me an undercut on both sides when I clearly showed him my undercut is just on one side and the other side is cut with scissors. Gave me bucket head bangs in the scissors part. Trimmer parts were alright. However, I was charged 60 bucks when my partner paid 50 for a simple cut, no washing, no blowdry, nothing additional for me.

Had a great haircut with Eve the other day, she gave me great advice on what I should do with my hair as I wanted a change. She was super friendly during the haircut, I will definitely be coming back and recommending her!
