Service has really gone down hill. Can't get a response when orders are wrong/late/cold and they are arriving wrong/late/cold more than often. Won't be returning and would advise people to avoid disappointment and go somewhere where customer service exists.
Website says open at 12:00 on a Saturday. Arrived 13:30, all shut up. Waste of time
Can’t handle the work load but still continues to accept orders, takes 2 hours for delivery 🤷🏻♀ then when you don’t want to wait, order is cancelled but keeps the money
Ordered food through uber it arrived and I'd already paid by my card and ended up arguing with the delivery guy he said you haven't paid so I told him get the down my path and stick food and I'd never order again
Really disappointed. Turned up for dinner last night around 6pm and both venues were closed despite google saying they're open. Nothing on their social media pages either to highlight this. Be careful if you're dining in - as it's hard to work out when they're actually open?
