First time at the Good Lot and had to check out this place thanks to the French burger. Ordered through the ipad which made it quick and easy. Received my food within a short amount of time. The French burger was perfect! Great flavor with the jam and mushrooms and the burger was cooked perfectly. Husband ordered the double smash and was happy with it as well. Ate here before and liked the food. Came back again an hour before closing, that’s the latest i will go to be respectful of crew to try not be last minute. They were already closing. The crew said we are closed. I felt like it was false advertising since they should have still been opened. I felt my time was wasted. This upset me to the point i never went back and made the burgers myself at home. 10X better and cheaper.
Who ever was working was really rude and disrespectful. As I was trying to talk to him and ask if they could add condiments to my burger, the guy just laughed and turned away as I was talking to him. All I was trying to ask if they could add more condiments as I didn’t know my burger would be plain. I would have gladly paid for the extras but it seemed they wanted me to buy another burger. I would never get food from here again. Customer service sucks and so disrespectful.
Great burger. Would be nice if the phone number worked, and even better if we could order online for pickup. I've asked a few times, but still having to go there to place order and hope there isn't a long wait. Refuses to accept online orders, orders by phone, as well no cash accepted. Their qr code doesn't work. Doesn't care to address the problem.
