Amazing experience. I had was having a scraping and grinding noise coming from the rear driver side tire and needed someone to look at my SUV ASAP! I called Evan and he responded right away offering to come to me to save me the tow expense on the off chance it was something simple he could fix on the spot. He was right! Excellent experience. Bought some reclaimed parts from "The Bearded Mechanic". The parts were inspected, accurately described, priced very fairly. Service was excellent. Was very helpful and accommodating. No pressure offer to complete installation at very affordable price. Quality work. I would do business with "The Bearded Mechanic" again without hesitation. Very trustworthy and I would go out of my way to get service done through him again.
In all honesty, it has been a disappointing experience with the results and the timing I needed this done. In my case, it was rocker work. I had another mechanic advising me I would have to get them redone within 6 months because the coating was not properly cured, and it would start rusting again. Then, another safety mechanic said they were poorly done and almost didn't pass during the safety.
