Anyone who says they are overpriced doesn't understand the concept of "you get what you pay for" I send anyone who needs help to these guys first. I have now had 2 people tell me they wish they had paid the extra money to go with these guys.

Don't be fooled by the big corner office up in the skyscraper. I found them to be greatly over priced for the service provided. Doug Kingsbery took my case charged me 25k and then appeared to want me to plea to felony charges. I refused to plea to felonies and he mentioned to go to trial it may be as much as additional 75k for a total of 100K. I switched to a independant lawyers who was more affordable and got the charges reduced via a plea deal. I had to file a fee dispute with NC Bar to get a close to an acceptable refund.
