Absolutely horrible, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL "OWNER"! After my second trip there to fix the A/C, I only wanted to inquire if there would be a diagnostic fee as I said I would not pay for that being the problem is still going on. Steve, "owner", was so rude to the front desk when she tried to inquire then came inside where I was, was confrontational, put his arm fully extended and hand out to my face and aggressively stated, "there's on fee, I just want to see what's wrong with it!"
