Horrible place to take your car, I went there the first time it was okay. Also don't like how they take your car into the back so you can't see what they are doing. First they said it was my exhaust, had my mechanic check it out and he fixed it. Went back again then they said it was my fuel line. Well guess what my mechanic found, a brand new pin hole in my fuel line and some other evidence I won't mention. It is enough for me to call B.A.R. to investigate them. RPM was referred to us by Tom Steele, an independent car mechanic in Chico who's totally honest and dedicated to helping his customers out. Going to RPM to smog our car was the best experience we've ever had so far in that regards. The team is fast, courteous and competent. The job was doing quickly and their rate was totally reasonable. We felt as taken care of as we do with Tom. We found our smog place in Chico !
RPM smog is the most friendly auto shop in town. Locally owned and operated, the people working here are very positive and friendly. I will recommend all of my friends to RPM for smog and regular auto repairs. Nothing but a 5 star auto shop!
