I’ve made a few trips to the area for work and on this last one, I finally decided to get over being an introvert and stop by this gym. Wish I had done it earlier. The coaches and workouts are top notch. I’ve been in CrossFit for a few years now and while I’m no pro, I like to think I know what I’m doing. You have my respect, fitness enthusiast. When I'm done with this leg day, my squats will still be on point. I hope my quads remember the grind.
They don't answer their email, and if you provide your email address to this gym just once to sign their necessary waiver, they'll spam your email inbox for months and months without replying to any requests to stop. Their completely careless management of my contact information and relentless spamming of emails has completely wiped away the good experience I had visiting the gym for just 2 days while I was in town. I don't even live in Palmdale and my inbox is full of their junk email.
