我和我的家人在这家市场购物已经有七年了，但今天我女儿经历了最令人不愉快的一次。 我们是是华人，我女儿听得懂粤语，但不会读中文，所以她指着水槽里的鱼给那位老人看，。我女儿不知道“罗非鱼”中文怎么说，于是随便猜了一个名字，结果那位老人用一种非常批判的语气来评判她。接着他问我女儿要多大的，她说中等大小。他把鱼捞出来，用锤子敲了鱼，然后放到秤上。称完之后，他没有把鱼放回袋子里，反而把鱼掉在了地上。我女儿就说：“我不要了”。砍鱼的老人处理得非常随便，还带着一副很差劲的态度。 我和我的家人再也不会来这家超市购物了。 我可怜这个老人到退休年龄还在工作，但他确实表现出了对商业服务完全缺乏素养和专业知识。
