My husband and I had a great experience at Thank Me Later Food truck today for lunch! I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, and it was so flavorful. (Add their homemade BBQ sauce for that extra kick of flavor) My husband ordered the pulled pork meal with Mexican street corn and mac and cheese. He said it was very tasty and perfectly made. The food was delicious and the service was great! We got the pork, baked beans, and greens. We loved it so much we plan to get it again this weekend.
