I came in to get an auto insurance quote and was blown away at how friendly and approachable Thania and her staff were. I had my young son with me, who can be quite shy, and he warmed up to everyone almost instantly. Having him relaxed and in good spirits made the experience much easier. I worked with Steven in this office, who was very fun to work with. He was refreshingly knowledgeable about his product and helped make the right decision for me. I felt very comfortable doing business with him and I left feeling quite confident in my purchase. Will definitely go back to this office, should I acquire more property in the future. I recently had my apartment broken into and was looking into getting some renter's insurance. I called the office and spoke to Steven. He was very welcoming and made the whole process of getting a quote stress free and as easy as possible. This office provided me with great customer service and has earned my business going forward. I purchased my renters insurance with Veronica, and she explained to me all the benefits of having this policy. She also explained to me that I could save 10% in my auto policy by getting the renters insurance. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I recommend her and this office to all my friends and family.
