I scheduled my second Hep B shot here and confirmed ahead of time that it would be vaccine only — no doctor, no exam. But when I arrived, the staff told me, “If you walk through the door, it’s an office visit.” Absolutely unbelievable. Charging people just for entering the building is not medical care — it’s daylight robbery. Just an attempt to pull money out of your pocket for a service they never provided. This is predatory, unethical billing, and everyone should stay far away. Strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.
I’ve been a patient for over two years now and everything has been fine. Until the last two weeks or so, I’ve tried to call the office and set up my next appointment (always during their working hours) for at least 5 times. Nobody ever answered. This is super weird. It’s the same phone number that’s been working. Not sure what is happening. My medical condition needs to be checked asap so I’m considering to find a new doctor.
Worst service ever . The staff has no smile on their faces and super rude the way they talk to patients . I used to be a patient now I went elsewhere . I took my mom today for an appointment and they made her wait for longer than the appointment time . My mom is 87 years old and in a wheel chair . one other patient who was there was so kind he willingly gave up his spot for my mother but the person ignored it completely . so we left . 1st visit - In-house nurses not skilled enough to draw blood. Tried 3 times in the arm. Told them to write the lab and we'll do it at the hospital. Went to the hospital lab, and found out later that the office did not request the correct labs. 2nd visit - Technical difficulties because their computers were down. Any smart person would skip a 3rd visit and change doctors.
Staff has always been courteous and helpful. Dr. Huynh has been a very good doctor, going over things in a brisk, efficient manner that I appreciate. I have received over 15 vaccine shots in the last few years, blood tests evaluation, and they have provided me with answers to my problems. It's a very good practice.
