If you have money and insurance don't ever come to this shit place. Becuase, insurance won't help you at all and they'll spend your money fast as they can, they'll make you broke. This like a shit and ghastly
This is a horrible place. First of all, they drink your insurance money crazy fast, and you are pretty much guaranteed to pay out of pocket. This is insane because other places do the same thing and my insurance covers it fully. Second, the service is also horrible. Lastly, I canceled my appointment, but for some reason, they kept texting and calling me and have the audacity to say I hadn't when I did. What an absolute joke of a place.
If you ever wanted to scam urself, this is the place to be at! They will drain your pocket fast, and also ur insurance won’t help any!! Holy
The place’s rating speaks for itself. I refuse to call it a business. If you don’t make it to your appointment, it’s $100. Which is not mentioned while you schedule. One star, would not go back. I went in for a regular visit and instead of just talking to me like a normal person, the dentist kept making comments that made me feel like something was seriously wrong with my teeth and I needed to act right away, which just felt like a scare tactic to get me to agree to more treatment. This person is a terrible dentist and traumatized me with her poor dental work and racist accusations. Dr. Nguyen took two hours to complete two fillings for me because she refused to listen when I told her that I have a congenital issue with numbing agents. Since I was a pre-teen, its been very difficult for me to get numb when at the dentist. I have had confirmed that I have a central nerve that runs close to the surface which is the cause.
