I wasn't sure what I was getting into due to the recent reviews but my experience was really the best doctor's office my family have ever been to and we have been to many the last few years. My dad has parkinsons and dementia which is so stressful for everybody in general. They put us on a list to been seen sooner if someone canceled as our appointment was in April but they actually called us when the had a spot opened up. It’s almost time for my husbands follow up , Dr. T is wonderful but my issue is with his staff. His assistant Bo is very rude and does not respect his elders which was very noticeable . My husband and I drove from corpus and were told upon arrival in office he was no longer on the schedule due to a Continuous care approval needed. My husband was not given a notice and when it was brought upon to Bo’s attention he gave attitude and was extremely rude about the situation. 2 different referrals and BOTH times the staff was extremely rude on the phone. I highly recommend this office replaces "Margie" soon as possible due to her attitude with people looking for help. Will be requesting to see a different office who better accommodates their patients.
