This review is not related to Dr. Win given the fact that I was refused services by the administration staff. I was trying to get an appointment to get my joint pain diagnosed. I was not even allowed to advocate for myself since the receptionist and office manager treated me as if I were a nuisance. Their is no compassion from these 2 ladies. Dr Win was thorough and took the time to listen and understand my symptoms. His professionalism and care was refreshing. Highly recommend
Dr. Win was fantastic. He really listened and offered alternative solutions outside of prescription medications. His staff was wonderful as well: extremely friendly. Highly recommend.
Trying to get any clear answer from this drs office is impossible. I had a referral sent June 24. Called 2 weeks later to see if they received it. Receptionist couldn’t find it at first and when she found it she said they sent it back because they didn’t know if I had a previous dr. Informed them I did not and asked them to notify me if I needed a referral to another Dr. or if they weren’t taking new patients.
