Dr. Ashok Chopra, Medical Director of the Dobbs Ferry Campus, inherited our medical records when Dr. Andrew Fader, our gerontologist of more than thirty years, retired in June 2024. Dr. Chopra never bothered to review our medical history and refused to refill routine thyroid medication. He ignored six requests for cough syrup with codeine for a persistent acute infection. The office takes phone calls and is always "closed." The phone calls are NEVER returned. This is no way to treat patients.
