I had an appointment with Dr Alcock I found him edgy confrontational lacked empathy he was aggressive in his tone and body language. I had to leave his office because was would not listen to me. I work in RGB and I know a lot of people in the community even people who are listed at Gallions and I know some other people have had same experience who made complaints about this same dr. So why hasn’t management done something about him.
Very helpful staff and very caring Booking appointments is now done online.
I tried to book online appointment for my client but it was fully booked for the day I called the surgery the receptionist couldn't take bookings over the phone and I had to try again next morning. I booked online appointment next morning. My only quibble is the online has a phone number for you to ring so it looks like you can ring and book appointments if online booking is full apart from that it easy to use. My apologies to reception staff as I was off with the receptionist.
They were good before but nowadays they don't bother answering your online form.
YOU CANNOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS. If I could give zero stars, I would. I lasted less than a week before switching to another GP. This place isn’t a healthcare service — it’s a badly designed video game, and the receptionists are just there to mess with you. You call? They tell you to go online. You go online? It’s always full.
