I dont go to Thameside but she was the on-call doctor for Shoreline when I delivered my daughter. Her professionalism with my delivery is something my husband and I will never forget. The slipping of the cord over my daughter's head with no reaction to keep us at ease & her coaching me to deliver is less than 2 minutes was an amazing experience.
This practice seemingly no longer prioritizes patients unless they are OB patients. I have been a patient at this practice for over 15 years and never had a problem until about 5 years ago and since then, I have had more appointments cancelled than I can remember. Something always seems to come up and the practice cancels my appointments and then reschedules without consulting me. Dr Russ is warm, empathetic, kind and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and offered me several treatment options, She answered my questions without judgement and make sure I understood what she was saying. I felt heard and like she truly wanted to help me.
