I arrived on time for my one hour appt for cleaning. I was there less then an hour; hygienist was 15 minutes late for appt. 5 minutes for hygienist to get organized, 15 minutes of health questions and typing on the computer. Cleaned my teeth for 18 min. Back to front desk to pay $200 before the hour was up. The actual cleaning works out to $11 per minute. Teeth do not feel or look cleaned.
As always, Dr. Fairbairn and his were personable and professional. My visit/treatment was quick and I was comfortable the entire time. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful.
