They don't even bother to send an email after you cancel service with them. They just send you an appointment cancellation email and go on with it. Oh and they only want to communicate via email.
The care and support I received from my midwife team and student midwife was incredible. They were all so knowledgable, kind and caring. They explained everything every step of the way, laid out all the options and choices in a nonjudgemental way. My first pregnancy I had an OB and was just another file for them to complete, and received no postpartum care at all. My team made me feel so taken care off and supported. I cannot recommend them enough, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

All four of my babies have been under the care of TVM, from a nervous new mother in my 20’s to an experienced Mamma at 40. Absolutely wonderful experience every time. 4 beautiful homebirths. Very thankful, very blessed.
I had my last appointment yesterday with Nicole after my baby boy was born. I had the best experience working with the team. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing place. Chelsea, Marie, Monica, and Esther took good care of us at all times, answering all our questions, being kind, and always caring.
