My husband recently visited Dr. Kelsey Watson but we had a very bad experience with her "nurse" as she was so rude and making racist comments to us and also making fun of our accent.
The Doctors here, are excellent. I have been a patient with them for Twenty (yes 20) years & have found Them all Professional & Knowledgeable. I Trust my Medical Professionals, to be honest & fair, so should You. Thank You. ( interesting how SO many Bad reviews are by folks with fewer than 5 reviews... imagine having to live with them. ) I'll get off my soapbox now.
I recently visited Dr. Shewfelt and told him directly that I had the early signs of strep throat, am prone to it, and want to get ahead of the excruciating pain that comes with it. He told me to drink some water and that my stomach acid likely bothered my throat during sleep. Sure enough, I have strep- two days later and can’t make any of my events. I’m not sure who is planning to abuse antibiotics but it sure isn’t me and the delay has caused extreme discomfort.
Nurse Elizabeth has refreshingly spectacular bedside manner and makes me feel safe and confident in her medical experience and abilities. I always leave the clinic both with having learned something and with having felt heard and cared for. Thank you Elizabeth for being of the type of medical professional that is SO sorely needed during stressful appointments!
