They were great! I was nervous about getting a root canal done but Luis and his team were very quick and efficient. No pain during the procedure and no pain the next day.
My husband Steve was referred to Dr. Dasilva for a double root canal. He had it done this past Friday and we have been shocked that he had such minimal pain after the freezing came out. He was home in an hour and a half after the procedure. Steve even went ice skating with our grandson Friday afternoon. Thank you Dr. Dasilva for your amazing work and care.
I had 2 experiences with this clinic after being recommended by my dentist. The first time they told me they will not accept ODSP patients, then agreed to check coverage and found ODSP covers 0% meaning me being on ODSP is completely irrelevant. Called about 2 years later, I mentioned ODSP and said I already know there is no coverage but they continued to say they do not take anyone on ODSP, I ignored them. Was referred to them for a difficult root canal from Vianna. When I got the call they told me upfront what the cost would be and that I'd have to pay upfront and be reimbursed by insurance (if its covered). This was a huge help making the decision to go through with it or just have the toothe pulled (which my dentist said may be the outcome anyways). Very much appreciated!
