Luke was always professional and really easy to communicate with both via email and face to face. He listened to what we wanted well and then was very flexible when working around our big renovation project. He always ensured that none of the electrical work was lagging behind so that our project could continue to move at the pace we wanted it to.
Really impressed with the service I received from Luke. Quick to reply, polite and efficient and very competitively priced. He even put up with my son asking him a million questions. Will definitely keep his number on hand would recommend without hesitation.
Great communication, punctual, highly skilled, and no-nonsense. We need some basic repairs to two plug sockets - Luke was very quick to respond to initial query, fixed the issue within 30 minutes, and was overall a joy to host. Can't recommend Thames Valley higher - exactly what I was looking for: timely, skilled electrician at a fair price!
