The reception staff have been awful every time I’ve been there. Rude and disinterested. Don’t go during Covid lockdown. They are so obsessed with their protocols that you will be an absolute inconvenience. The doctor was ok but also not particularly fussed. The lady at the medicine dispensary is the exception. Super kind, friendly and helpful. Edit - I live a 4 hour return trip from Thames. Needed pain meds but my prescription had expired by one day. There were no doctors prepared to see me.
