I have only provided positive feedback on this platform. The female (middle aged plus sounding) customer service/booking employee was unprofessional, condescending, immature, and unorganized. The work/service was not timely (several months), was not professionally completed, and not effective leading to another leak with more water damage. These folks really know how to treat their customers. The receptionist also worked at the prior location and she is super at her job. She always greats me like an old friend and goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide superb service. This is the BEST glass place in London. I will always bring my screens here to be replaced and serviced. Excellent pricing given the calibre of service and super quick efficiency which exceeds my expectations every time.
