I've been waiting on my new glasses since 2-3-20 and now he won't return my calls. The Dr has been awesome but I am being forced to move on.
Thames Eye Group Optical Store is too expensive given promises of timely delivery not met for eyeglasses. In the end, it would have been worth my waiting a couple more days and cutting my cost in half with Wayby Parker, who do take a a couple more days but who in my one experience deliver on time as they promise...
This was by far the best experience I've had in purchasing glasses. Alan wa kind and knowledgeable.
No one makes better glasses. With all my different activities, this optic shop has kept my focus in the office, on the road, under water, in the mountains, under the sun, and in the work shop.
