Nice gym, I play badminton 3 times a week there and it was never too busy. Some other times could get busy, I notice on the weekend with pickle ball it gets busy, a popular sport I guess. The track upstairs is very nice, the rubber surface cushions impact. Can't comment on the ice rinks because I don't skate but it does looks nice. There are 2 of them.
