Dr Fazel, Lottie and Jane are the exception to this, providing warmth, care and professionalism from the word go. From Sarah hygenist detecting an abcess, to Kayvan and Lottie treating and caring for me during root canal; their professionalism and respect to each other and to me was contributory to making the experience so much easier than I'd imagined.
