First time using Thaler Oil personally today, last year we used a different company...Anyway, called and spoke with Kim who was super helpful and polite as she set up our account. Told her we were getting low, my own fault for forgetting, and paid over the phone, at 1044am. Thaler delivered at 1204pm today!!! Now we don't have to use our fireplaces to bridge the 8-day gap before delivery like last year :) A huge shoutout to a professional company, that is easy to work with, and prompt! I purchased a home and put in a new high efficiency furnace last fall. I prepaid as much as the last family paid the prior year using their 20 year old furnace. I was billed 323.00 more and called and said there must be a problem I have a high efficiency furnace? They are now charging me 75.00 because I can smell the lp leaking out of the regulator on my house! They refuse to reimburse me and are charging me to fix something they were to test and guarantee . Never use this company!!!!
