This place is what anyone expects from a professional florist and the prices are very reasonable. It’s my first choice and most likely the best choice especially in the downtown area.
I ordered a flower stand for my sister’s funeral from this florist for the first time. I was very satisfied with the service and quality of the flowers. The owner lady is very kind and helpful. Not sure why some other reviewers are saying the opposite, not very plausible to me.
I deeply regret choosing this florist for a funeral service. After being recommended by the funeral home on 4th Street, I expected a high level of care, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The owner, Diana, and her staff were very rude and unprofessional; they spoke loudly in a Chinese dialect in a way that felt dismissive and disrespectful to me as a customer.
