Nataliya is a dream stylist. She listens to my concerns and what I am looking for to improve my hair. This is my third time seeing her and this time we went much bolder! I was ready and she was genuinely excited, She waited for me to be ready to make the change. She heard what I was saying about wanting my hair to be low maintenance and she gave me a cut that allowed just that kind of freedom. My whole family has been going to Bert for a few years now, and all four of us look forward to those appointments. He’s taken such good care of my postpartum hair journey and adapted my color along the way so I feel confident and fresh even on my most exhausted days. My husband and son trust that Bert is going to leave them looking “cool.” And my daughter even trusted Bert with her first haircut and blow out. The salon is pristine, the staff is friendly, and I can’t imagine a family hair affair anywhere else!
