Today I went in for a follow up on my blood work. Not only was my results not giving to me she threatened to call the police on me because I recorded our conversation when she start being rude and lied on me all because I said Hello, how was your day? Btw I did let Thaksin and her make assistant know I was recording.
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Was this neurologist friendly? Absolutely Not! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

She is really rude, terrible bedside manner. Her staff is just as rude and also lazy. I am RN and have been for years, I've never even thought about talking to my patients the way these people talk to theirs. She doesn't even have an RN on staff, only medical assistants (meaning they have 0 medical training, they only know what SHE wants them to do). She talks over you the entire time, tried me on about 20 different seizure meds when I've never had a seizure disorder, I have migraines. I would just recommend everyone stay fa... read more
