Ruined my hair beyond repair…I have spent years trying to have bleached healthy hair…They had an inexperienced stylist do my hair to which she made it brown?! I showed her MANY inspo pics of what I wanting to keep my white blonde hair…Now all the money and time I have spent on my hair is all gone in an instant…I am beyond devastated…They continued to try to get me back as safely back to blonde but that only damaged my hair even more…Again devastated
