Rude- take your business elsewhere. Staff and owner are horrible. Getting rude calls from the staff to confirm my appointment or speak about prices just made me cancel all my appointments and I was just prepared to spend 300-400 on my highlights. Shelby is a miracle worker! I can’t recommend her highly enough. My hair had been over processed at another place before I started going to Shelby. She has restored so much health to my hair. She is very experienced and fun! I can’t imagine sitting in anyone else’s chair!
