Awful experience, awful haircut. Will not be back. We showed up about 5 minutes before the appointment after the stylist texted she was running about 20 minutes behind, which was fine until she finished cutting the woman's hair she was working on and then she said she had another woman already waiting in the lounge ahead of us which she had failed to tell us beforehand. I love this salon! It's so cute inside with a little Boutique and all the goodies to look at, and maybe purchase LOL. My stylist is Trinity and she's top-notch. I love what she's done with my hair. Transitioning into my grey era. Everyone's very nice and the salon itself really is pretty
Great work and I had a tall, blond girl (can’t remember her name, I’m sorry because she was so sweet) and she was phenomenal at her job. Will be going back! 😊
