I initially went to the appointment expecting my bra length-long curly hair to be cut into a long 90 style Bob on top of the shoulders. I had a lot of frizziness and some breakage so I was open to going very short. My stylist Rachel G. cut it perfectly and at first I was a little stunned at how short my hair was and I was freaking out. But I am so glad Rachel cut my hair. She did an amazing job. My experience was good. But unfortunately, they are now charging a $3.25 service fee with no option to avoid paying the fee. Should be a option to avoid the fee like paying with a debit card instead of a credit card. Now what? 2/10/26 I went for a pedicure today. My tech was Denia. She does an excellent job! She takes the time to address any issues you may have. You don't feel rushed! You get great service, good conversation, and I love the atmosphere. I loved my hair experience from the time I came in and from the time I left it was genuinely nice. There was a peaceful atmosphere and I enjoyed the small talk, education about my hair and the music selection. I even enjoyed how my stylist Cia explained everything she was doing to my hair which I liked. I definitely will come back again. I love my hair ☺️

I made a last minute appointment and got right in with Rachel. I have coarse, long, natural hair. I received a shampoo, silk press and trim. She was very professional and personable and I felt very comfortable with her. My hair felt light after leaving and looked healthy and shiny! I will be returning.
