Really wouldn't know- my appts. got cancelled. I'm new to the area and was hoping this would be my "go to"- but even though I booked mulitple services, nails, hair, eyebrows, my appointment was cancelled twice. I really tried to offer grace and understanding but when I pulled into the parking lot to a cancelled text message, I was really disappointed. Things happen, life happens but I was hoping to have a good experience here. I need a place I can depend on.
Got my haircut in January, and didn’t like it right off the bat, but thought maybe it would take time since I was used to having long hair. It’s been 4 months now and I’m still struggling with it. I showed photos of blunt cuts with a few face framing pieces, but instead, she cut the whole top layer of my hair shorter than the rest or it and it looks like I have a bob on top of my regular hair.
