Shoutout to Jessie for always doing a phenomenal job on my hair!!! I never feel afraid to ask questions about my hair and tips on how to style it. I’m still new to learning how to properly style my hair so it helps when you can trust your hair stylist to guide you through it. I absolutely loved my experience at this salon! The space was so aesthetic and had such good vibes. Jessie was incredibly sweet, funny, and made the whole experience amazing. I learned so much about my hair, and she was able to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I am extremely disappointed with the way my 13-year-old daughter was treated during her appointment. Instead of addressing any concerns with me, her parent, the stylist waited until my daughter was isolated in another area before criticizing and belittling her. My daughter was brought to tears by the experience. There was no empathy, professionalism, or consideration for the fact that she is a child.
