I thought that as time would pass, I would forgive this salon. But no. I have NEVER been so traumatized by a hair salon. DO NOT GO IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR! The lady who serviced me had such attitude no matter how happy I came in that day and how positive I was. I told her I had recently suffered from health condition 2 years previous that made my hair grow slow/fall and I was so nervous coming in. She dismissed me and hardly uttered a word back. I am beyond happy with my haircut! This was my first time at the salon, and I chose Analisa after seeing her work on Instagram--so glad I did. She understood exactly what I wanted, gave my curls what they needed, and even taught me how to care for them (a first for me!). Analisa was such a joy to work with, and after years of searching for the right stylist, I finally feel like I've found "the one." I'm more than willing to drive from Calabasas just to see her! Analisa was so nice, meticulous and thorough in her technique and approach to my curly hair. I have lots of curly and coarse hair, but she expertly tamed and cut it into shape. Highly recommended.
This was the first time I'd gone to a salon specifically for wavy/curly hair - and what a fantastic experience! Analisa is super thoughtful, skilled, and friendly, and the whole experience was relaxing and super informative. I didn't feel rushed through the consult at all - we talked through the parts of my past cut I liked and what I wanted improved. I felt like she really heard me.
